Tonight's Poet Corner: Introspection

Folks, I am angry. For some unknown reason, Blogger has deleted  fifty of my Sonnet Solstices. Fucking. Fifty. I am furious. I sincerely hope this is just a glitch, but if you see links that go nowhere on my Facebook, y'all know why! Fucking Google. I swear. You suck. And here I was, having a good night, enjoying some frank conversation after a reading of Lucy Kirkwood's The Welkin. And now the Internet has to blow chunks. Good thing I back up the work that means the most to me, right? Anyway. Three day weekend. I'ma enjoy that. Have a great night, lovelies.

Freeform Friday: Welcome

Welcome by Belinda Roddie My shop is open, and it contains all the goods and services you need: A warm drink and meal, sweet embraces from people you never believed loved you, music warbling beside a fireplace. I can't cure all of your ills, but at the very least, as proprietor of this humble establishment, I can make you feel comfortable and at peace for at least an hour or so while the world whirls outside.
