Rider Rigg the writer, he wrote a written rhyme
a rhyme writ for readers ready to read it for a dime
with an airy air, arched brows, and a prayer
that Rigg write ravenous readers more
But when his wild ways wavered
while they waited wanting whims and wishes
their patience pattered, puttered out, vicious
readers roared, "Write!" and Rider replied,
"Read the rhymes that I wrote before!
