Tonight's Poet Corner: Introspection

So remember last week, when I just posted a repetitive stream of "CHRISTMAS SEASON FUSION ACADEMY SONOMA STATE UNIT PLAN" and called it an introspection? Yeah, it was the same this week, only replace "SONOMA STATE UNIT PLAN" with "DRAKE HIGH SCHOOL SPRING SEMESTER PLANS." Because accuracy is accurate. I know, it's another cop-out introspection, but being so busy does that to me. I'll have better introspective posts for Christmas and New Year's, I swear. In the meantime, tomorrow I get to watch the newest Star Wars movie and nerd out over it. It's gonna be a damn good Saturday. Have a great night and a great weekend, everyone.

Today's OneWord: Flee

The family had to flee from their native country due to war and famine, but the only town they were able to settle in was in the middle of nowhere, and no one was friendly to them. As the eldest went to find a job, he was alarmed to see how many citizens of the town were giving him dirty looks.
