Tonight's Poet Corner: Introspection

Image
Well. Another Christmas here in the California bay area. I'm grateful to have spent it with a small, safe pod of people. I'm grateful to have been with my wife. I'm grateful to have made several new friends even just within the past month who have been so good to me. This year has been a dumpster fire in so many ways. But strangely enough, amidst all the shit, I've been able to find a few gold nuggets. I'll save the reflection on those for next week when we're in 2021, shall I? Have a great night and a great weekend, everyone.
