Tonight's Poet Corner: A Great Escape

A Great Escape by Belinda Roddie Whistle while you drive across a road made out of cobblestone and old men's bones. Tattooed on your forehead is the bar code that got you your first car, your first house, your first wife, your first gaggle of children before they all grew up and got branded, too. You've made a vow to flee the land of steel brains. Metal rusts in skulls, and you are better off with a mind that melts under a tropical utopia's sun. Strap your boots on while you build your hut where the highway finally ends. No more asphalt carries you to lights. You are left with the whistling of wind and the crickets' cries.

Today's OneWord: N/A

No update on the OneWord website. I guess we're going for an every other day motif for now? Hopefully I'll have a new word to work off of tomorrow.
