Tonight's Poet Corner: Introspection
Folks, it's happening. After five years of trial and error, I am once again attempting National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo! I have written approximately 2,700 words already, putting me at an advantage to start the month. Consequently, all Storytellers this November will be replaced with NaNoWriMo check-ins. In the meantime, as I write my new project, don't forget about my debut novel! Not only am I recording for an oh-so-secret voice project, but I'm also showing my twelfth graders my high school production of Hamlet, since they're reading (or at least supposed to be reading) the play.
