Saturday's Storyteller: It Is Fragile
I decided to take a break from Storyteller this week and focus instead on finishing my latest project. It's a play in two acts, adapted from my short story from a few months ago. The short story was titled, "And It Is Fragile," and the title of the play...well, it's pretty similar, just without the conjunction. I'm so happy to have completed my ninth full act play (all but one of the other eight will never see the light of day), and I am also incredibly grateful to my wife for being the first to read it aloud with me and make sure that the pacing was strong and that the characters and dialogue felt natural. I will definitely be working on organizing a small reading, so if any of you would like to be involved, please let me know. Anyway, hope that's a good enough excuse for not writing a shoddy and super short story this week. Have a good one, y'all!
