My Cardboard Balcony

Hi, everyone. In honor of National Novel Writing Month, I am holding off on Storyteller until December. I have indeed started a novel (as of now untitled), and I will be providing updates in the place of a typical prompted story. So let's see where I am right now: As of November 3rd, I have: - Outlined my novel to the last detail - Written approximately 7,200 words within six or so hours - Thanked Perks Of Being A Wallflower for not only being inspiration for writing again, but also for being a damn good movie. The question on the quiz asked what my three main interests were. Which confused me. It was of course only the first day of class, so getting a quiz right then and there seemed bizarre. But there was the professor, propped up on top of her desk, leaving the chair provided for her abandoned. The sleeves of her blazer were rolled up, exposing her tanned forearms. She seemed to stare off into space. It was like she was giving us a survey. I didn't know how to respond.
