Tonight's Poet Corner: Introspection

Image
NOPE, I AM NOT INTERESTED IN BEING INTROSPECTIVE BECAUSE THIS WHOLE WEEK HAS BEEN NUTS AND HAS FELT LIKE AN EXTRA YEAR, AND REAL ESTATE IS NUTS AND HAS MADE ME MENTALLY AGE SIGNIFICANTLY, AND I'M TIRED OF FEELING LIKE A LUMP AND WANNA EXERCISE MORE, BUT IT'S JUST HAAAAARD. Seriously, thank God for the theatre company Jocelyn and I co-founded. It's been amazing. And we're gonna do a reading of my newest full act play. And I'm so happy. Everything else is just fucking madness. Have a great night and a great weekend, everyone.

Tonight's Poet Corner: Sonnet Solstice #478

That So Many by Belinda Roddie That so many people could vote for a disgusting orange maggot who has done the following: freely discriminate against women and those who have become intertwined with LGBTQ+; separated children from their moms and dads at the border and locked them up; lied through his teeth to ever cultish throngs of adorers; made us the laughing stock of other nations; caused a tariff war that cost us rather than other folks; mocked the disabled, and encouraged such gore and violence on peaceful protesters. I am flabbergasted at this country. Sigh.
