Tonight's Poet Corner: Introspection

This week, I got to go to Big Bear for the first time, celebrate Thanksgiving with my in-laws, and all in all try to relax and take my mind off work. Emphasis on try. Not much to say otherwise, apart from how thankful I am for my loving family and my incredible wife. Even when everything else seems to be going wrong, I'm glad that the people in my life love me and have faith in me. Have a great night and a great weekend, everyone.

Friday's Ten Word Tales: Putting My Foot In My Mouth - Again

Putting My Foot In My Mouth - Again by Belinda Roddie My toes taste like salt and regret. And also...apricot?

Today's OneWord: Probably

In retrospect, I know that I probably shouldn't have done any of the things I did over those crazy five years. I probably shouldn't have said the things I said, kissed the people I kissed, believed the things I believed. I know that. I'm just...not sure how to handle the fall-out. Or figure out how I can move forward. But I'm here. And I have a job and an apartment. And I own a super awesome cat said Rodrigo. So I can't complain, really.
