Tonight's Poet Corner: Nice Chin

Nice Chin
by Belinda Roddie

Nice chin, tuft of
hair making a perimeter
around the bronze and folded skin,
makes you want to paraphrase the
opening dialogue a bit and
bite off anything excessive

you savor the jut of his own.
He keeps his beard so nicely
trimmed, tiny curls weaving into a
debonair extraordinaire of
follicles that make you swoon.
