Tonight's Poet Corner: Broken Sequence

Broken Sequence

No. Why is it
that I only remember
the powerhouse
of the cell?
No. No. No. No!

I am unravelling,
but I am hypnotized.
By lightning,
and by your glasses.

Purple swirls
constantly
drawing me in
to your fly-filled maw.
Buzz, buzz, motherfucker.

I see Tetris blocks.
I can't fit them together.
Each button pressed
lends itself to the beast's heartbeat.

Speak up, sir
your mouth is full of static

warped

warped
my calculations are

I don't know what this number means.
I just don't.
